Flights

​Roundtrip coach airfare is included in your package. Passenger details for booking your flight will be collected during registration. A member of the Anheuser Busch travel concierge team will email you to confirm flight details prior to booking. After your flight is booked you will receive a flight confirmation sheet for your records.

Ground Transportation

Transportation will be provided to and from the airport in Kona and all sponsored activities during the program. Ground transportation for functions that are not included in the program agenda will be at your own expense. If you choose to extend your stay, you will be responsible for transportation arrangements outside the program dates.
